School bus driver charged following early morning crash

A school bus driver is facing charges after a school bus and SUV collided in Seaforth Monday morning.

Police say the collision happened at the intersection of Kippen Road and Mill Road, just after 9 a.m.

No students were on the board the bus at the time of the crash.

The driver of the SUV suffered minor injuries but was treated on scene.

As a result of the crash, the 31-year-old school bus driver from West Perth has been charged with careless driving.
