Several Manitoba highways reopen following winter weather closures

A number of Manitoba highways that were shut down Thursday afternoon due to severe winter weather have now reopened.

Manitoba 511 reported that the closures—concentrated mainly in the Parkland and Interlake regions—were triggered by blowing snow and reduced visibility.
