Ingersoll’s Good for the SOLL festival cancelled; organizers eye possible 2027 return

A popular music festival will not take place this summer.

Organizers have cancelled the Good for the SOLL festival in Ingersoll.

They say they were unable to secure sponsorship commitments early enough to ensure the viability of the concerts.

In a statement posted on the event’s website, organizers said the decision followed months of planning and discussion, calling the festival a community gathering centred on music and connection.

The statement said there are significant logistical requirements that must be confirmed early, including volunteers, production crews, equipment, rentals and sponsorship funding. Organizers said they were unable to obtain the level of early commitment needed to move forward.

Officials say they are considering a possible return in 2027.
