Property listings in January jumped compared to December 2024, but as is typical in Manitoba during the winter months, sales were down.

According to data from the Manitoba Real Estate Association, there were 1,367 new listings to start 2025, which was a 44.4 per cent increase from the previous month.

However, sales dipped 6.8 per cent from December with 748.

The average price for a home came in at $351,128, down slightly – 2.6 per cent – from December.

On the other end of the spectrum, CTV News Winnipeg is exploring some of the priciest homes and properties up for sale in Manitoba. From tennis courts to wine cellars, step inside these incredible homes that could be yours if you have a few million to spare.

Winnipeg

300 Dunkirk Drive ($5.9M)

Topping the list in Winnipeg is this home in Pulberry that comes in at just under $6 million.

The 10,334 sq. foot home was built in 1977 and added on to in 2007.

It features seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, a pool, a wine room, a private sauna and four-car garage.

The listing said this two-storey home was created for a “life of indulgence and sophistication.”

There are seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms throughout this two-storey home, which includes an entire guest suite.
