Windsor police arrest man wanted for retail thefts

Windsor police have arrested a 33-year-old man related to four retail thefts.

On April 12, members of the Problem-Oriented Policing (POP) Unit located and arrested 33-year-old Claudio Topulli.

He is charged with four counts of theft under $5,000.

Police say the incidents occurred on separate occasions at two retail locations at Devonshire Mall on Howard Avenue and at a store in 1300 block of Walker Road.
