The average sales price of homes increased slightly and number of properties sold decreased last month, according to the Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors.
Residential sales dropped by 22.27 per cent to 342 homes sold in March, compared to 440 sold in March 2024.
The average home price increased by 2.94 per cent last month. The average price in March 2025 was $583, 182. The average price in March 2024 was $566, 527.
Market activity increased 21 per cent, with 1020 new listings last month, compared to 843 last March.
There was a total of 1,588 available listings at the time of the report.
