Windsor police have laid 10 charges in a road rage incident.

On Tuesday just after 1 a.m., police were called to the 100 block of Curry Avenue. Following an investigation, police said they learned four occupants in a sedan were headed westbound on Riverside Drive when an argument took place between them and a cyclist trying to cross the street.

The Windsor Police Service said the cyclist followed the car to a home on Curry Avenue, allegedly damaging three vehicles that belonged to the occupants. When the suspect was confronted, he allegedly brandished a weapon and threatened them before leaving the scene.

No injuries were reported.

Not long later, the suspect was found and arrested in the 1900 block of Lens Avenue.

A 41-year-old man has been charged with four counts of assault with a weapon, four counts of uttering death threats, and two counts of mischief under $5,000.
