Power has been restored to thousands of Metro Vancouver residents after a brief outage Monday morning.
BC Hydro says approximately 33,000 customers, largely in the Vancouver area, experienced the power failure due to a circuit outage around 10 a.m.
The power provider said electricians were heading to BC Hydro’s Mainwaring Substation to carry out the needed repairs, and power was restored before 10:30 a.m.
