Robin Della Corte is a journalist with the CTV News national digital team. Based in Montreal, she specializes in covering current affairs, Canadian politics, provincial and municipal affairs, as well as health and community initiatives. Before joining CTV News in February 2025, Robin worked as a reporter for the Montreal Gazette. While working at the newspaper for nearly three years, she covered a wide range of topics, including community initiatives in Montreal, Quebec’s health-care system, mental health, business, and provincial and municipal affairs. Before working for the Montreal Gazette, Robin reported for the Eastern Door, a community-based weekly newspaper serving the Mohawk communities of Kahnawà:ke on the south shore of Montreal and Kanehsatà:ke on the north shore. At the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, Robin covered Indigenous affairs for the Eastern Door, earning a nomination for a Quebec Community Newspaper Association (QCNA) award. Robin holds a master of arts in media production from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) and a bachelor of arts in journalism from Concordia University in Montreal. Robin’s passion for current affairs developed during her studies, propelling her to pursue a career in news reporting. At the start of her journalism career, she became actively involved in student media, contributing to both her CEGEP and university papers, where she primarily reported on campus news. Through her involvement in student media and various internship opportunities across both Quebec and Ontario, Robin earned several accolades during her studies, including the Mix 96-Nick Auf der Maur Memorial Scholarship for academic excellence. She speaks English and French.
