Harrison Shin

Harrison Shin joined CTV News Winnipeg as a videojournalist in June 2025. Born in Seoul, South Korea, Harrison grew up in several countries around the world. He has lived in Beijing, London, Ont., Hamilton and Toronto, and moved to Winnipeg in May 2025. He graduated from McMaster University in communication studies with honours in 2025. Before joining CTV News, Harrison worked as a production coordinator and radio host at a Hamilton radio station. He also served as a staff sergeant in the Republic of Korea Air Force. Harrison speaks English, Korean and Mandarin.
