Runnin’ Back to Saskatoon: The Guess Who reunite for Canadian tour

Two of The Guess Who’s founding members, Randy Bachman and Burton Cummings, are reuniting for the first time in 23 years for a 2026 Canadian tour.

The Takin’ It Back 2026 tour kicks off May 26 in Moncton and will include a June 6 stop at Saskatoon’s SaskTel Centre.

While this will be the first time Bachman and Cummings have toured together in over two decades, the two have kept busy - Bachman has toured with Bachman-Turner Overdrive this spring, and Cummings performed a solo tour in summer.

According to a recent post on X (formerly Twitter) from Cummings, the last show The Guess Who performed before disbanding was on July 30, 2003, at SARsfest in Toronto. The event also featured The Rolling Stones, AC/DC and Rush.

The Guess Who was recently nominated for the 2026 Songwriters Hall of Fame. Their discography includes hits like These Eyes, American Woman, Laughing, No Sugar Tonight, Undun and Runnin’ Back To Saskatoon.

Presale tickets go on sale Nov. 11, and general ticket sales begin Nov. 14 at 10 a.m. local time at theguesswho.com.

Don Felder, former lead guitarist for the Eagles, will serve as the opener for the Canadian tour.
