A 43-year-old man from Hudson Bay, Sask. is facing child porn related charges stemming from an investigation that began in December 2024.
According to a release from the Saskatoon Police Service, the Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation Unit (ICE) searched a home in Hudson Bay on April 9 and several electronic devices were examined and seized by police.
As a result, 43-year-old Jess Edwin Binkley was charged with possession of child pornography, making child pornography available and accessing child pornography.
Binkley appeared in court on April 9 and was then released under numerous conditions.
His next court appearance is scheduled for June 5 in Hudson Bay, police said.
Hudson Bay, Sask. is about 330 kilometres northeast of Saskatoon.
