The Kenaston Blizzards are Saskatchewan Senior A provincial champions again after defeating the Round Lake Bears 8-3 Sunday in the best of three final series.
The clinching win for the Blizzards came after a 7-5 victory Saturday night to extend the series to a third and deciding game, after Round Lake took game one of the series 8-4.
Kenaston got two goals from Kenton Dulle in the first period and led 3-1 after 20 minutes.
The Blizzards would extend that lead to 7-2 after the second period with four goals in the middle frame before adding another in the third to secure the win.
Levi Cable had four assists in the win.
Kajon McKay, Colton Yellowhorn and Ryan Stanton replied for Round Lake, with the Bears scoring once in each period.
Kenaston has now won the provincial title four years in a row.
