A Regina motel room went up in flames Saturday, prompting a response from the city’s fire service.
Members of the Regina Fire and Protective Services (RFPS) responded to the 800 block of Victoria Ave just after 5 p.m. Saturday.
Upon arrival, crews discovered one of the motel’s second floor suites fully engulfed in flames.
Regardless, crews were able to get the fire under control quickly – containing the damage to the suite of origin.
No one was injured due to the blaze. RFPS says the fire is currently under investigation.
At 5:10pm, crews responded to the 800 Blk of Victoria Ave for a fire in a motel. On arrival, a second floor suite was fully involved in flames.
