15 Wing flight training to take place near Regina airport this weekend

Teams from 2 Canadian Forces Flight Training School from 15 Wing Moose Jaw will be taking part in night flying training near the Regina airport this weekend.

According to a public service announcement from 15 Wing Moose Jaw on Friday, evening flight training over the weekend will take place until about midnight, conducted with the CT-156 Harvard II training aircraft.

The advisory says night flying is an important part of training as it helps students develop their skills.

Measures will be taken to minimize the potential noise impact.
