Warm temperatures arrive in Ottawa, with no rain expected this week

Ottawa is set to enjoy a stretch of double-digit warm temperatures this week and a break from the rainy weather.

Environment Canada’s forecast calls for a high of 15 C today, with daytime highs expected to be above 12 C over the next seven days.

There is also no rain in the forecast for the rest of the week and the weekend.

Ottawa will see a mix of sun and cloud today. High 15 C.

It will be clear tonight. Low 2 C.

Thursday will start sunny, with conditions becoming a mix of sun and cloud in the afternoon. High 12 C.

Friday will be sunny. High 13 C.

The outlook for Saturday calls for sunshine and a high of 13 C.

Sunday will have a mix of sun and cloud. High 15 C.

The normal temperatures for this time of year are a high of 14 C and a low of 3 C.

Rainy April

This will be the third straight day without any precipitation in Ottawa.

A total of 90.7 mm of rain and 0.6 cm of snow has been recorded in Ottawa so far this year.
