Ontario Provincial Police suspect foul play could be involved in the disappearance of a 63-year-old man from Clarence-Rockland, Ont., east of Ottawa.
Robert Prevost was last seen at his home on Laurier Street in mid-February, OPP said. Police have since secured the home.
Police first sought the public’s help in finding him in mid-March.

In an update Monday morning, the OPP said his disappearance potentially involves foul play.
“The investigation by the Russell County OPP crime unit is continuing, under the direction of the OPP criminal investigation branch,” said OPP spokesperson Bill Dickson in a video posted to social media.
Prevost is described as white, 5-foot-6 (168 cm) tall, with a slim build, long light brown and grey hair, and blue/grey eyes. He might be wearing a knee-length, light brown winter coat.
Investigators want to hear from anyone with information regarding Prevost’s disappearance or whereabouts. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Russell County OPP Crime Unit at 1-888-310-1122 and refer to incident RM25061375.
