Police in Timmins are investigating after a woman was seriously injured Wednesday in a collision with a vehicle.
A pickup truck was travelling south on Cedar Street and turned onto 3rd Avenue, striking a female pedestrian, police spokesperson Michelle St. Louis said in an email.
“Her injuries are serious but non-life threatening,” St. Louis said.
“Incident is still under investigation.”
More information should be released tomorrow, she added.
