Dead body found outside in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, Que.

A body was found outside near Victoria Street East in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, Que. Friday.

Quebec provincial police (SQ) say a citizen called 911 around 3 p.m. after discovering the body.

The man was pronounced dead on the scene.

Investigators are on the scene, which has been taped off, to shed light on the cause and circumstances of the death.
