The Knights drafted 16 players in the 2025 Ontario Hockey League Priority Selection, including Alex Campeau of Cornwall, Ont. with their first round choice, 23rd overall.

“It’s such a huge honour for me and my family,” Campeau said after being chosen by the Knights. “London is the best organization in the OHL, always in the playoffs and developing NHL players.”

He was among the picks who were recognized prior to game two of the Otters series. The Knights like to bring their newest players into CLP to see the atmosphere with 9,000 fans in attendance.

They chose two local players, including centre Owen Miniotas of London (3rd round) who plays for the Elgin-Middlesex Canucks U16 AAA, and London’s Chase Griffith (6th round), a centre who is a teammate of Miniotas.
