People near Guelph Lake will see police in the area on Friday.
Investigators with the Guelph Police Service and Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are conducting an investigation on Kaine Hill Drive in Guelph-Eramosa Township.
In a news release, OPP said the Guelph Police Service requested their help around 11:15 p.m. Thursday.
Police are expected to be in the area for an extended period of time, but police have not said what they are looking for.
OPP said the investigation is still in the early stages.
