Environment Canada reported thick fog in Waterloo Region and Guelph Thursday morning.
After a night of heavy rain, the agency released a fog advisory, warning the public that dense fog was causing near zero visibility in some areas.
Environment Canada warned any travel could be hazardous until the fog lifted.
The fog was expected to clear up late Thursday morning.
