Approximately $1,100 worth of goods stolen from Fergus

Ontario Provincial Police are looking for the two people responsible for the theft of more than $1,000 worth of goods from a store in Fergus, Ont.

Police said the theft happened at a business on St. David Street North on April 10 around 4:35 p.m.

Two people, one man and one woman, entered the store separately. The man filled a shopping cart with products and food and then walked out the front doors near the produce area.

The woman put items into a rolling laundry hamper and walked out past the register area.

Both people were seen walking to a white Ford SPE.

All told, police said $1,110 worth of merchandise was taken.
