Connor Hogg

Connor Hogg is a journalist with CTV News Edmonton. Media and film have always been his passion. Growing up in St. Albert, Connor and his family watched the 6 p.m. news on CFRN while eating dinner. He could often be seen carrying a video camera and spending most of his free time writing, and shooting short films and documentaries. Connor graduated from NAIT's Radio & Television program in 2015. He completed an internship at Bell Media’s Alberta Primetime before moving to CTV News Edmonton. Connor is a generalist, earning a reputation for quality work in a variety of roles, including writing, camera operation, and directing newscasts, as well as storytelling as a multi-media journalist. He lives in Edmonton with his husband, Brent. He speaks English.
