3rd man charged with murder, kidnapping in connection with February killing : Edmonton police

A third man has been arrested and charged in connection with the killing of 32-year-old Sukhvir Singh.

Singh was found dead near 17 Street and Yellowhead Trail on Feb. 28. An autopsy found that he had drowned, and his death was ruled a homicide.

On Tuesday, police said 22-year-old Jasmeet Singh had been arrested and charged with first-degree murder and kidnapping in connection with the killing.

In March, two other men were arrested and charged with the same.

Canada-wide warrants have been issued for a fourth man, 27-year-old Lovepreet Sidhu, who police believe has fled to India.
