Serious two-vehicle crash closes northwest Calgary intersection

A woman suffered life-altering injuries in a two-vehicle crash in northwest Calgary.

It happened at the intersection of Nose Hill Drive and 87 Street Northwest.

The Calgary police traffic reconstruction team is headed to the area.

Roads in the area will be closed for the next four to five hours to allow for the police investigation.

The roads impacted are Nose Hill Drive N.W. at Stoney Trail and Scenic Bow Road N.W. at 87 Street.
