Man and dog injured after early morning fire in cube van

An investigation is underway into what caused a fire in a large cube van along Home Road N.W. near Shouldice Park early Wednesday morning.

One man suffered burns to his hands and face but declined transport to hospital.

One dog was taken to a vet clinic with burns.

Some other vehicles parked on either side of the cube van also suffered heat damage.
