Trillium Lakelands District School Board, which encompasses Kawartha Lakes, Haliburton, and Muskoka, posted to social media that schools would remain closed Tuesday due to the ongoing aftermath of the weekend ice storm.
"While some areas of the board are less impacted, many students and staff live or work in severely affected communities," the board noted. The board confirmed schools would not shift to online learning.
