A clerk at the Circle K Hanes Road gas station was robbed at 4:30 a.m. Monday morning in Huntsville.
Police say a lone man went up to the clerk and demanded money. He left the store with cash and got into a car driven by another person and fled the scene.
Police believe the man had visited the store earlier in the evening in a pickup truck, but when he returned to rob the store, he was in a four-door sedan.

Nobody was injured during the robbery, and police say there is no risk to public safety.
As a result of the investigation, a 52-year-old of Huntsville has been charged with theft.
The accused is to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge in May.
