$4K rims stolen from recycling depot

Four rims worth $4,000 were stolen from an Essa Twp. recycling depot.

Expensive rims stolen from a recycling depot have police asking for the public’s help.

Police were called to a break and enter at Recycling Specialties located at 8903 County Road 56 in Essa Township on Monday shortly after 1:30 a.m.

The suspects had fled the scene before police arrived.

Police say between the hours of 1 a.m. and 1:30 a.m., three suspects arrived at the depot in a white utility van and stole four rims, totalling $4,000.

Police are asking residents to review their camera footage or dashcam video for any suspicious activity between 12:30 a.m. and 2 a.m. on Monday that may be helpful in their investigation.
