A Dartmouth, N.S., community centre and public library is still closed to the public nearly one month after a water leak.
The Dartmouth North Community Centre and Dartmouth North Public Library suffered “significant flood damage” on March 6, according to a news release from the Halifax Regional Municipality.
At the time of the leak, Halifax Public Libraries announced the building at 105 Highfield Park Drive would be closed for at least five days.
On Wednesday, the municipality said assessment and remediation work at the site is ongoing and there is no set reopening date.
