Environment Canada is warning significant snowfall may be possible for western Prince Edward Island Monday night.
A special weather statement is currently in effect for Prince County, where up to 15 cm is possible.
“The best chance in seeing the heavier snowfall are communities north and west of Summerside,” the statement reads.
Meanwhile, in Nova Scotia, a Les Suêtes wind warning is in effect for parts of Cape Breton.
Southeasterly winds up to 110 km/h are possible north of Mabou beginning overnight and ending Tuesday morning.
Environment Canada says the strong winds may cause damage and power outages are possible.
